Explanation of Fees

Daily Fee

The daily fee charged for the service.  Daily fees are collected weekly in advance.  Any unused fees collected when service is discontinued are fully refundable upon return of all ExtraPros equipment and payment of any outstanding fees due to ExtraPros at the time of termination.  (Missed appointment fees, late payment fees, etc.)

Hookup Fee

A one-time, non-refundable fee paid at the time service is initiated.  Additional hookup fees will be applied in the event of an unauthorized removal of the device or temporary termination of services.  For example, if a client is incarcerated while wearing an ExtraPros device and the device is removed by the client or jail administration, an additional Hookup Fee will be charged upon release and reinstallation of the device.

Security Deposit

A fully refundable deposit, returned to client upon ExtraPros receipt of all outstanding equipment and payment in full for all service and other fees due to ExtraPros upon termination of service.

Missed Appointment Fee

A non-refundable fee charged to client for failing to show for a scheduled appointment with an ExtraPros officer.  A weekly appointment schedue will be provided upon initiation of your monitoring.

Late Payment Fee

Fees for services are due in advance each week and are collected at the client's scheduled weekly meeting.  Late Payment fees are charged if payment is not made at the weekly meeting.  For your convenience at your request, ExtraPros will set up automatic weekly billing to your credit/debit card or an automatic draft from your checking/savings account.

Total Due Upon Hookup

The total fee due at the time of your initiation of an ExtraPros service.  Total includes the daily fees for the first week (7 days) of service, the Hookup Fee and the Security Deposit.

ExtraPros accepts the following forms of payment for services.  Personal Checks are NOT accepted.
